Italian court dismisses appeal claiming lack of reasoning regarding statutory exemption from punishment. The court ruled the lower court correctly excluded the exemption due to the objective disvalue of the conduct. The decision upholds the conviction and orders the appellant to pay court costs. The appeal is inadmissible because the reasoning was logically sound and consistent with evidence. The court rejected the argument that the statutory exemption should have been applied. The appellant's claim fails as the conduct's severity justified the penalty. The judgment confirms the lower court's assessment of the criminal act's gravity. The ruling emphasizes that the exemption was properly excluded based on factual findings. The court maintains that the decision is free from logical inconsistencies. The appeal is rejected to uphold the finality of the criminal judgment.
