RITENUTO IN FATTO

E IN DIRITTO 1. Letto il ricorso avanzato dal P.G. presso la Corte di appello di Roma avverso la sentenza della stessa corte che ha assolto Casamonica Ferruccio in data 22-11-2023;

2. ritenuto che con atto successivamente trasmesso il P.G. ha rinunciato al ricorso a seguito del decesso dell'imputato;

3. che pertanto il ricorso va dichiarato inammissibile per rinuncia.
