la seguente SENTENZA sul ricorso proposto da: CAMMALLERI ANTONIO nato a PALMA DI MONTECHIARO il 04/09/1963 avverso la sentenza del 08/06/2021 della CORTE APPELLO di PALERMOdato avviso alle parti; udita la relazione svolta dal Consigliere ANGELO CAPOZZI;OSSERVA Rilevato che l'imputato è deceduto in data 9/1/2022 giusta certificazione in atti. Che, pertanto, la sentenza deve essere annullata senza rinvio essendo il reato estinto per morte dell'imputato; P. Q. M. Annulla senza rinvio la sentenza impugnata perché il reato è estinto per morte dell'imputato. Così deciso il 27.5.2022
