GABRIELLA MARCHESE. RILEVATO CHE: Il ricorso per cassazione è stato notificato all’Avvocatura distrettuale dello Stato. Ud 16/09/2025 Numero registro generale 30158/2021 Numero sezionale 3703/2025 Numero di raccolta generale 31212/2025 Data pubblicazione 30/11/2025 notificato all’Avvocatura generale, ai sensi degli artt. 18, terzo comma, del R.D. n. 1611 del 1933 e 9 della legge n. 103 del 1079. CONSIDERATO CHE: La causa deve essere rinviata a nuovo ruolo, con ordine ai ricorrenti di procedere a nuova notificazione del ricorso (Cass., sez. un., n. 608 del 2015).

La Corte rinvia a nuovo ruolo, disponendo che i ricorrenti procedano a nuova notificazione del ricorso per cassazione entro sessanta giorni dalla comunicazione della presente ordinanza.
