TO sul ricorso proposto da: VEREGRA SOCIETA’ COOPERATIVA A RESPONSABILITA’ LIMITATA, in persona del legale rappresentante pro tempore, rappresentata e difesa dall’avvocato MAURO COCCI; - ricorrente - Contro RUGGERI ROERO, FORCONESI LIANA; - intimati – per la cassazione della sentenza della Corte d’Appello di Ancona, n.703/2025 pubblicata in data 14 maggio 2025; Il Presidente titolare letta la rinuncia al ricorso proposto da VEREGRA SOCIETA’ COOPERATIVA A RESPONSABILITA’ LIMITATA; rilevato che la rinuncia al ricorso ha i requisiti richiesti dagli articoli 390 e 391 cod. proc. civ.; ritenuto che l’estinzione può essere dichiarata con decreto ai sensi dell’art. 391 cod. proc. civ., come modificato con l’art. 15 del d.lgs n. 40 del 2006; ritenuto che non vi è luogo a provvedere sulle spese del giudizio di cassazione, non avendo l’intimato svolto attività difensiva;
