ntroricorrente, che ne hanno fatto istanza ai sensi dell’art. 93 c.p.c.; P. Q. M. visti gli artt. 380-bis e 391 c.p.c., dichiara l’estinzione del giudizio di cassazione e condanna la ricorrente alla refusione, in favore della controricorrente, delle spese di lite, che liquida in complessivi euro 3.500,00, di cui euro 200,00 per esborsi, oltre accessori come per legge, con distrazione a beneficio dei difensori antistatari.
