ha pronunciato la seguente ORDINANZA sul ricorso iscritto al n.25199/2023 R.G. proposto da : ZURICH INSURANCE PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY, elettivamente domiciliata in ROMA, VIA GIUSEPPE A. GUATTANI 2/A, presso lo studio dell’avvocato NAPOLITANO FRANCESCO, che la rappresenta e difende. -RICORRENTE- contro STUDIO LEGALE BARBATO ASSOCIATI. -INTIMATO- avverso la SENTENZA d el TRIBUNALE SANTA MARIA CAPUA VETERE n.1702/2023, depositata il 02/05/2023.
