a pronunciato la seguente ORDINANZA sul ricorso iscritto al n.20534/2022 R.G. proposto da : CONSORZIO BOTTEGHE ARTIGIANE, elettivamente domiciliato in ROMA VIA GIOSUE' BORSI 4, presso lo studio dell’avvocato SCAFARELLI FEDERICA (SCFFRC70S46F839I) che lo rappresenta e difende unitamente agli avvocati BOTTEON LORENZO (BTTLNZ71A01M089U), STECCANELLA MICHELE (STCMHL61R31M089P) -ricorrente- contro FALLIMENTO IMPRESA FLLI DE RIGO SRL IN LIQUIDAZIONE, elettivamente domiciliato in Belluno Via Tasso, 7, presso lo studio dell’avvocato RASERA BERNA FRANCESCO (RSRFNC61S24A757J) che lo rappresenta e difende unitamente all'avvocato MELITI MARCO (MLTMRC63P06H501R) -controricorrente- avverso il DECRETO d el TRIBUNALE di BELLUNO n. 711/2020 depositatoil 01/07/2022.
