LA SEGUENTE ORDINANZA SUL RICORSO 7786-2023 PROPOSTO DA: DI PIO ELISABETTA, ELETTIVAMENTE DOMICILIATA IN ROMA, VIA VALDINIEVOLE 11, PRESSO LO STUDIO DELL'AVVOCATO ESTER FERRARI MORANDI, CHE LA RAPPRESENTA E DIFENDE; - RICORRENTE - CONTRO I.N.P.S. - ISTITUTO NAZIONALE PREVIDENZA SOCIALE; - INTIMATO - PER LA CORREZIONE DELL'ORDINANZA N. 6696/2023 DELLA CORTE SUPREMA DI CASSAZIONE DI ROMA, DEPOSITATA IL 07/03/2023 R.G.N. 17102/2021; Oggetto Correzione errore materiale R.G.N. 7786/2023 Cron. 3. il ricorso è da accogliere dovendo emendarsi, l’errore materiale in cui questa Corte è incorsa, disponendo la distrazione delle spese in favore dell’Avvocato Ester Ferrari Morandi;

4. nulla deve disporsi per le spese .
