DECRETO sul ricorso proposto da: ECOS SRL, in persona del legale rappresentante pro tempore, rappresentato e difeso dall'avvocato CARLA TELATIN; -ricorrente - Contro SANTOPIETRO TERESA, BACCHI GINO; -intimati – per la cassazione della sentenza della Corte d’Appello di Bologna n.826/2022 pubblicatain data 11 aprile 2022 ; Il Presidentetitolare letta la rinuncia al ricorsoproposto da ECOS SRL ; rilevatoche la rinuncia al ricorso ha i requisiti richi esti dagli articoli 390 e 391 cod. proc. civ.; ritenuto che l’estinzione può essere dichiarata con decreto ai sensi dell’art. 391 cod. proc. civ.,come modificato con l’art. 15 del d.lgs n. 40 del 2006; ritenuto che non vi è luogo a provvedere sulle spese del giudizio di cassazione, non avendo l’intimatosvolto attività difensiva; PER QUESTI MOTIVI dichiara estinto il giudizio.
