TO IL PRESIDENTE Letto l'atto di rinuncia pervenuto a mezzo PEC dal ricorrente IYERE OROBOSA TIMOTHY ammesso al Gratuito Patrocinio a spese dello Stato; premesso che con il ricorso si impugnava il DECRETO di RIGETTO nr. cronologico 7394/19 - RG 24311/18 emesso dal Tribunale di TORINO e depositato in data 18.10.2019; ritenuto altresì che non risulta fissata la data della decisione, che risultano rispettati i requisiti di cui all'art. 390 c.p.c. e 391 c.p.c. e che, pertanto, l'estinzione può essere dichiarata con decreto; ritenuto che non si debba provvedere sulle spese;
