seguente ORDINANZA sul ricorso 21216-2017 proposto da: MERCURIO FRANCESCO, elettivamente domiciliato in ROMA, VIA FEDERICO CONFALONIERI 5, presso lo studio dell'avvocato LUIGI MANZI, che lo rappresenta e difende unitamente agli avvocati FRANCESCO MERCURIO, MARIAGRAZIA ROMEO; - ricorrente - contro FALLIMENTO SHIPTECH SRL IN PERSONA DEL CURATORE;- intimata - ef-L- avverso il decreto del TRIBUNALE di VENEZIA, depositata il 13/07/2017; udita la relazione della causa svolta nella camera di consiglio del 04/11/2021 dal Consigliere Dott. GIUSEPPE GRASSO; ritenuto che l'avv. Francesco Mercurio ricorreva avverso il decreto del Tribunale di Venezia di cui in epigrafe, nei confronti del Fallimento di Shiptech s.r.I., il quale restava intimato; che il ricorrente depositava atto di rinunzia al ricorso; che, pertanto, s'impone declaratoria d'estinzione del giudizio, senza (-1/ statuizione sulle spese;
