LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE COMMERCIALE, a rendu l'arrêt suivant :

Attendu que l'arrêt n° 652 F-D du 10 juillet 2018 contient une erreur matérielle quant à la forme juridique de la société Dalkia France qu'il convient de rectifier ;

PAR CES MOTIFS :

RECTIFIE l'arrêt n° 652 F-D du 10 juillet 2018 comme suit :

Dit qu'en page 1, au lieu de :

"la société Dalkia France, société civile agricole",

il faut lire :

"la société Dalkia France, société en commandite par actions" ;

Laisse les dépens à la charge du Trésor public ;

Dit que le présent arrêt sera transcrit en marge ou à la suite de l'arrêt ainsi rectifié ;

Dit que sur les diligences du procureur général près la Cour de cassation, le présent arrêt sera transmis pour être transcrit en marge ou à la suite de l'arrêt partiellement cassé ;
