LA COUR DE CASSATION, DEUXIÈME CHAMBRE CIVILE, a rendu l'arrêt suivant :

Attendu que, par acte déposé au greffe de la Cour de cassation le 25 novembre 2015, la SCP Rocheteau et Uzan-Sarano, avocat à la Cour de cassation, a déclaré, au nom de Mme Monique X..., se désister du pourvoi formé par elle contre deux ordonnances rendues les 9 septembre 2014 et 23 décembre 2014 par le premier président de la cour d'appel de Colmar ;

Que ce désistement, intervenu après le dépôt du rapport, doit, aux termes de l'article 1026 du code de procédure civile, être constaté par arrêt ;

PAR CES MOTIFS :

DONNE ACTE à Mme X... du désistement de son pourvoi ;

Condamne Mme X... aux dépens ;

Ainsi fait et jugé par la Cour de cassation, deuxième chambre civile, et prononcé par le président en son audience publique du quatre février deux mille seize.
