LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE SOCIALE, a rendu l'arrêt suivant :
Attendu que par acte déposé au greffe de la Cour de cassation le 21 mai 2015, la SCP Gatineau et Fattaccini, avocat à cette Cour, stipulant pour la société Sephira a déclaré se désister de son pourvoi ;
Attendu que ce désistement, intervenu après le dépôt du rapport, doit être constaté par un arrêt, aux termes de l'article 1026 du code de procédure civile ;
PAR CES MOTIFS :
DONNE ACTE à la société Sephira de son désistement de pourvoi ;
Vu l'article 700 du code de procédure civile, rejette la demande ;
Ainsi fait et jugé par la Cour de cassation, chambre sociale, et prononcé par le président en son audience publique du quinze octobre deux mille quinze.
