Nous, Anne Leprieur, conseiller, magistrat chargé d'instruire l'affaire,

Vu les dispositions des articles 400, 401, 403, 405 et 945 du code de procédure civile,

Vu l'appel en date du 14 juin 2011 interjeté par monsieur Jean-Yves X... à l'encontre du jugement prononcé par le conseil de prud'hommes d'ANGERS, en date du 23 mai 2011,

Vu qu'à l'audience de ce jour le conseil de monsieur Jean-Yves X... indique se désister de l'instance d'appel, compte tenu d'une transaction intervenue entre les parties,

Vu l'absence d'appel incident de la société GSF AURIGA, son conseil ayant précisé accepter ce désistement,

PAR CES MOTIFS,

Donnons acte à monsieur Jean-Yves X... de son désistement, qui emporte acquiescement à la décision déférée.

Constatons l'extinction de l'instance et le dessaisissement de la cour et condamnons monsieur Jean-Yves X... aux dépens, sous réserve d'un éventuel accord des parties.
