Généré par l'IAThe case involves an appeal lodged by a property owners' association (syndicat) against a decision favoring an individual, where the individual subsequently died in November 2010, and this death was formally notified to the association in March 2011. Following a prior ruling on January 11, 2012, which noted the suspension of proceedings and established a four-month deadline for resuming the case, the court ordered the radiation (striking off) of the appeal because none of the required procedural steps for continuation had been taken within the specified timeframe, as mandated by the article concerning the interruption of proceedings in the Code of Civil Procedure.
