Vu l'absence d'appel incident de la CPAM DE LA SARTHE,

PAR CES MOTIFS,

Donnons acte à madame Micheline X... épouse Y... de son désistement.

Constatons l'extinction de l'instance et le dessaisissement de la cour et condamnons Micheline X... épouse Y... aux dépens, sous réserve d'un éventuel accord des parties.
