Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe appellant sought to overturn a Paris Court of Appeal decision that declared his appeal inadmissible; the appeal had challenged a default judgment which itself had invalidated his opposition to an initial judgment that had fined him for failing to organize mandatory medical examinations. The Supreme Court rejected the appeal because the submitted written brief lacked the required signature of the appellant, thereby failing to comply with the procedural requirements of the Code of Criminal Procedure and thus failing to properly present any grounds for review to the Court of Cassation.
