AU NOM DU PEUPLE FRANCAIS

LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE SOCIALE, a rendu l'arrêt suivant :

Attendu que, par lettre enregistrée au greffe de la Cour de cassation le 4 août 2006, M. André X... a déclaré se désister de son pourvoi ;

Attendu que ce désistement, intervenu après le dépôt du rapport, doit être constaté par un arrêt, aux termes de l'article 1026 du nouveau code de procédure civile ;

PAR CES MOTIFS :

DONNE acte à M. X... de son désistement de pourvoi ;

Le condamne aux dépens ;

Ainsi fait et jugé par la Cour de cassation, chambre sociale, et prononcé par le président en son audience publique du six mars deux mille sept.
