AU NOM DU PEUPLE FRANCAIS

LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE SOCIALE, a rendu l'arrêt suivant :

Attendu qu'une erreur purement matérielle a été commise dans la rédaction du visa, page 2 de l'arrêt, ligne 16 ;

Attendu qu'il faut lire : "Vu l'article 68, paragraphe 1, du Traité instituant la Communauté européenne ;" et non l'article 234 ;

PAR CES MOTIFS :

DIT que l'arrêt susvisé sera modifié comme il est précisé ci-dessus ;

Dit qu'à la diligence du greffier en chef près la Cour de cassation, le présent arrêt sera transmis pour être transcrit en marge ou à la suite de l'arrêt rectifié ;

Ainsi fait, jugé et prononcé par la Cour de cassation, chambre sociale, en l'audience publique du cinq décembre deux mille six ;
