AU NOM DU PEUPLE FRANCAIS

LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE SOCIALE, a rendu l'arrêt suivant :

Attendu que, par acte déposé au greffe de la Cour de cassation le 28 juillet 2006, la SCP de Chaisemartin, avocat à cette Cour, stipulant pour la société Régie espaces Réunion a déclaré se désister de son pourvoi ;

Attendu que ce désistement, intervenu après le dépôt du rapport, doit être constaté par arrêt, aux termes de l'article 1026 du nouveau code de procédure civile ;

PAR CES MOTIFS :

DONNE ACTE à la société Régie espaces Réunion de son désistement de pourvoi ;

La condamne aux dépens ;

Vu l'article 700 du nouveau code de procédure civile, condamne la société Régie espace Réunion à payer à M. X... la somme de 2 500 euros ;

Ainsi fait et jugé par la Cour de cassation, chambre sociale, et prononcé par le président en son audience publique du onze octobre deux mille six.
