AU NOM DU PEUPLE FRANCAIS

LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE SOCIALE, a rendu l'arrêt suivant :

Attendu que par déclaration en date du 9 mai 2005 la SCP Delaporte, Briard et Trichet, avocat à la Cour de cassation, stipulant pour la société Tredi a déclaré se désister de son pourvoi ;

Qu'il y a lieu de constater ce désistement conformément à l'article 1026 du nouveau Code de procédure civile ;

PAR CES MOTIFS :

CONSTATE LE DESISTEMENT du pourvoi ;

Condamne la société Tredi aux dépens ;

Vu l'article 700 du nouveau Code de procédure civile, condamne la société Tredi à payer la somme globale de 1 000 euros à l'ASSEDIC des Alpes, à l'AGS et à l'UNEDIC ;

Ainsi fait et jugé par la Cour de Cassation, Chambre sociale, et prononcé par le président en son audience publique du vingt-cinq mai deux mille cinq.
