Sur la recevabilité du pourvoi, contestée par la défense :
Vu les articles 528, 612, 643, 653 et 684 du nouveau Code de procédure civile ;
Attendu qu'à l'encontre des parties domiciliées à l'étranger, le délai de pourvoi court du jour de la signification faite à parquet ;
Attendu que M. Adama X..., domicilié au Mali, a, le 10 novembre 1999, adressé une demande d'aide juridictionnelle pour former un pourvoi contre un arrêt rendu le 20 mai 1999 par la cour d'appel de Paris et signifié à parquet le 22 juin 1999 ;

DECLARE IRRECEVABLE le pourvoi ;
Condamne M. Adama X... aux dépens ;
