Landlord v. Tenants (Lease Obligation Dispute)
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe dispute concerned a lease agreement dated October 6, 1987, which was granted by the landlords to both spouses, not just the husband individually, as evidenced by the document being signed by both spouses and listing both as tenants. The appellate court, therefore, legally justified its decision by relying solely on the established fact that the lease was a joint obligation of both tenants.
