LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE SOCIALE, a rendu l'arrêt suivant :

Vu les articles 40 et 605 du nouveau Code de procédure civile ;

Attendu que le jugement qui statue sur une demande qui excède le taux de compétence en dernire ressort est susceptible d'appel ;

Attendu que, par application des textes susvisés, le pourvoi n'est pas recevable ;

PAR CES MOTIFS :

DECLARE IRRECEVABLE le pourvoi ;
