AU NOM DU PEUPLE FRANCAIS

LA COUR DE CASSATION, CHAMBRE COMMERCIALE, FINANCIERE ET ECONOMIQUE, se saisissant d'office, conformément à l'article 462 du nouveau Code de procédure civile, en rectification de l'arrêt n 1731 P+B du 29 octobre 2002,

Attendu que l'arrêt n°1731 FS-P+B du 29 octobre 2002 contient une erreur matérielle qu'il convient de rectifier comme suit :

- page 2, dernier paragraphe, 3ème ligne, au lieu de "la SCP Thouin-Palat et Urtin-Petit, avocat de M. et Mme X...", il faut lire "la SCP Laugier et Caston, avocat de M. et Mme X..." ;

PAR CES MOTIFS : Rectifiant l'arrêt n 1731 FS - P+B du 29 octobre 2002 ;

Dit qu'en page 2, dernier paragraphe, 3ème ligne, au lieu de "la SCP Thouin-Palat et Urtin-Petit, avocat de M. et Mme X...", il faut lire "la SCP Laugier et Caston, avocat de M. et Mme X..." ;

Ordonne qu'à la diligence du greffier en chef de la Cour de Cassation, le présent arrêt sera transcrit en marge ou à la suite de l'arrêt rectifié ;

Ainsi fait et jugé par la Cour de Cassation, Chambre commerciale, financière et économique, et prononcé par le président en son audience publique du quatre mars deux mille trois.
