Sur la requête formée par la SCP Lyon-Caen, Fabiani et Thiriez, stipulant pour la société Villages de vacances (SVV), dont le siège est ... rendu par la Chambre sociale le 7 juin 2000 dans l'instance opposant la société SVV à :
- M. Philippe Z..., demeurant Bâtiment Les Eucalyptus, Bât. A, Entrée A, avenue du Docteur Perrimond, 06130 Grasse,
- M. Youssef Y..., demeurant La Zaine, Bât. 2, Appt. 604, 06220 Vallauris,

Sur le rapport de M. Lanquetin, conseiller, les observations de la SCP Lyon-Caen, Fabiani et Thiriez, avocat de la société Villages de vacances (SVV), les conclusions de Mme Barrairon, avocat général, et après en avoir immédiatement délibéré conformément à la loi ;
Attendu que suite à une erreur matérielle, l'arrêt 2714 du 7 juin 2000, en ordonnant la jonction des pourvois susvisés, a omis le pourvoi n° N 98-45.532, formé par Mme C... ;
Attendu qu'il s'agit d'une simple omission qu'il y a lieu de réparer, le pourvoi de Mme C... ayant bien fait l'objet d'une jonction de procédure et d'un audiencement identique aux autres ;
Attendu qu'il y a lieu de réparer cette omission ;
PAR CES MOTIFS :
Dit que l'arrêt 2714 du 7 juin 2000 sera rectifié par les ajouts suivants :
- page 1 de l'arrêt, ajouter le pourvoi n° N 98-45.552 à la liste composant la jonction et lire : "Sur les pourvois n° H 98-45.557, G 98-45.548, J 98-45.549, K 98-45.550, M 98-45.551 et N 98-45.552" ;
- page 2 de l'arrêt, compléter la liste des défendeurs en ajoutant :
" 6 ) Mme Corinne C..., demeurant, Résidence Anna Caprin, ..." ;
- page 2 ligne 20 ajouter également le n° N 98-45.552 à la liste des autres pourvois ;
Ainsi fait et jugé par la Cour de Cassation, Chambre sociale, et prononcé par le président en son audience publique du quatorze février deux mille un.
