Sur le moyen unique :
Attendu que Mme X... fait grief à l'arrêt attaqué (Colmar, 7 juin 1984) de l'avoir déboutée de sa demande d'indemnités de préavis et de licenciement et de dommages-intérêts pour rupture abusive de son contrat de travail du fait de l'employeur, la société Beylstein Rousselot Michel et Cie, alors, selon le pourvoi, que n'ayant accepté de travailler à Geispolsheim à partir du 24 avril 1976 que contre l'engagement de l'employeur d'assurer son transport du domicile au lieu de travail, cet engagement n'a pas été tenu par la société qui a décidé de cesser d'assurer ce transport à compter du 14 juin 1976 ;
Mais attendu que, contrairement aux énonciations du moyen, la Cour d'appel a retenu que l'intéressée avait accepté de travailler aux conditions fixées par l'entreprise, comportant pour les salariés l'obligation d'assurer eux-mêmes leur transport sur les lieux de travail, et a pu en déduire que la rupture dont la salariée avait pris l'initiative n'était pas imputable à la société ;
Que le moyen n'est pas fondé ;
PAR CES MOTIFS :
REJETTE le pourvoi
