Sur le moyen unique ci-après annexé :

Attendu qu'en constatant qu'un jugement du 10 octobre 1983 avait prononcé la résiliation du bail consenti par la société Cherbourg Commercial aux époux X... et en rappelant exactement qu'une sous-location prend fin en même temps que le bail principal, la Cour d'appel a, par ces seuls motifs, légalement justifié sa décision ;
