LLC Appeal on Electrical Work Invoicing Upheld
Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe case involved an appeal by a limited liability company regarding a lower court judgment that found errors in the execution and invoicing of electrical work performed for an individual, leading to a reduction in the amount due. The Court of Cassation rejected the appeal, reasoning that the trial court did not violate the rules of evidence and was legally justified in its decision by sovereignly assessing the facts, noting the errors in the work and billing, and independently setting the amount of the required deductions from the invoice, even without being bound to follow the expert's opinion.
