Sur la recevabilité du pourvoi, contestée par la défense :
Vu l'article 984 du nouveau Code de procédure civile ;
Attendu que le pourvoi en cassation est formé par déclaration écrite que la partie ou tout mandataire, muni d'un pouvoir spécial, remet ou adresse par lettre recommandée avec demande d'avis de réception au greffe de la Cour de Cassation ;
Attendu que Mme X... a formé un pourvoi en cassation par déclaration écrite adressée au greffe de la cour d'appel de Nîmes ;
D'où il suit que le pourvoi est irrecevable ;
PAR CES MOTIFS :
DECLARE le pourvoi IRRECEVABLE.
