Sur le moyen unique

Attendu que le pourvoi en cassation est une voie extraordinaire de recours qui, selon l'article 604 du nouveau Code de procédure civile, tend à faire censurer par la Cour de Cassation la non-conformité de la décision qu'il attaque aux règles de droit ;

Attendu que M. Y... Minh Z... a formé un pourvoi en cassation contre l'arrêt qui a rejeté sa demande en paiement dirigée contre M. X... Su ;

Mais attendu qu'au regard de la motivation de l'arrêt attaqué, le moyen invoqué à l'appui du pourvoi ne répond pas aux exigences du texte précité ; que ce pourvoi doit donc être rejeté ;
