Synthèse Legislator
Généré par l'IAThe Director General of Competition, Consumption, and Fraud Prevention raised an objection of inadmissibility based on a prior ruling of inadmissibility concerning a company, invoking a specific civil procedure article; however, the court rejected this objection, reasoning that the prior inadmissibility was due to the appellant's failure to properly identify themselves at the time of filing, rendering the civil procedure bar inapplicable and the current appeal admissible; consequently, finding the remaining grounds of appeal meritless, the court ultimately ruled that there was no need to rule on the merits.
