A party appealing a divorce decision from March 23, 1979, and a subsequent decision regarding separation from bed and board from April 15, 1980, which involved conflicting fault attributions and an alimony award, lodged an appeal to the highest court exclusively against the latter 1980 decision. The court declared the appeal inadmissible because, pursuant to the procedural rules in effect following the decree of November 7, 1979, an appeal based on the contradiction between two judgments requires that the appeal be directed against both contested decisions.
