Synthèse Legislator

Généré par l'IA

The appeal was deemed inadmissible because the judgment from the lower court, which addressed both the validity of an agreement and the payment of damages, was not rendered in a final resort, as the challenge to the agreement's validity made the decision subject to appeal according to the applicable labor code provisions, meaning the Court of Cassation could not properly review the matter.
