Synthèse Legislator

Généré par l'IA

A party appealed a decision that upheld the preclusion of its claim due to late filing in the liquidation of another company, arguing that a prior registered letter to the liquidators detailing the debt constituted a sufficient production of the claim. The Court rejected the appeal, finding that the argument alleging the appellate court failed to rule on a relevant point of the submissions must be addressed through the specific recourse for omission of decision under the relevant civil procedure article, not by way of cassation appeal.
