The reviewing court affirmed the lower court's finding that the absence of explicit mention of the reporting counselor's hearing in the appellate decision did not invalidate the judgment, as the record confirmed the legal formality was observed. However, the court quashed the appellate decision because it failed to address the appellant's specific arguments, made in duly filed appeal briefs, contesting the grounds for liquidation of assets by stating that the company's actual deficit was significantly lower than alleged, which supported a request for judicial settlement instead of liquidation.
