SUR LE MOYEN UNIQUE : ATTENDU QUE VUILLEMIN FAIT GRIEF AU JUGEMENT ATTAQUE D'AVOIR REFUSE SON INSCRIPTION SUR LES LISTES ELECTORALES POUR LA DESIGNATION DES MEMBRES DE LA CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE ET D'INDUSTRIE DE LA MEUSE DE 1974, AU MOTIF QU'IL AVAIT LUI-MEME DEMANDE LE 3 MARS 1967 SA RADIATION DU REGISTRE DU COMMERCE POUR CESSATION D'ACTIVITE DANS LE RESSORT DU TRIBUNAL DE COMMERCE DE BAR-LE-DUC ET QU'IL NE REMPLISSAIT PLUS DES LORS LES CONDITIONS IMPOSEES PAR L'ARTICLE 1ER DU DECRET DU 3 AOUT 1961 POUR ETRE INSCRIT SUR LA LISTE ELECTORALE, ALORS QUE CETTE INSCRIPTION AURAIT DU LUI ETRE ACCORDEE EN APPLICATION DES DISPOSITIONS DE L'ARTICLE 14-3° DU MEME DECRET ET DONT IL REMPLISSAIT TOUTES LES CONDITIONS REQUISES;

MAIS ATTENDU QUE L'ARTICLE 14-3° DU DECRET DU 3 AOUT 1961, S'IL PERMET AUX PERSONNES AYANT CESSE L'ACTIVITE LEUR DONNANT QUALITE POUR ETRE INSCRITES SUR LA LISTE ELECTORALE D'ETRE CEPENDANT ELIGIBLES A UNE CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE ET D'INDUSTRIE, NE PREVOIT PAS LA POSSIBILITE POUR ELLES D'ETRE INSCRITES SUR LES LISTES ELECTORALES, CE QUI ETAIT LE SEUL OBJET DE LA REQUETE PRESENTEE PAR VUILLEMIN AU TRIBUNAL D'INSTANCE QUI A DES LORS REFUSE A JUSTE TITRE D'Y FAITE DROIT;
