In a dispute over the validity of a land use concession, an appellate court improperly declared an objection to jurisdiction inadmissible because the objecting party suggested two potential competent jurisdictions based on the uncertain nature of the underlying agreement; the high court ruled that this was permissible under the procedural code when the party's uncertainty necessitates alternative jurisdictional proposals, and further found that the appellate court failed to legally justify its rejection of the jurisdiction of the specialized rural lease tribunal by not explaining why the purported pasture lease fell outside the scope of the rural lease statute.
