An employer appealed a decision requiring it to pay social security contributions on mutualist health insurance premiums it had directly paid for its employees, arguing these payments did not constitute an advantage in money or kind related to work or the payment of another's debt. The court rejected the appeal, reasoning that since the premiums covered costs not covered by social security and each employee was individually liable for their subscription amount, the employer's direct payment constituted the settlement of the employees' personal debts, which qualified as an indirect salary complement subject to social security contributions because the benefit was linked to the employment contract.
