SOVINTO

Palvelualojen työnantajat PALTA ry on kanteessaan vaatinut Ilmailualan Unioni IAU ry:n sekä Siviililentoliikenteen työntekijät ry:n tuomitsemista työehtosopimuslain 8 §:n nojalla ensisijaisesti työrauhavelvollisuuden rikkomisesta ja toissijaisesti valvontavelvollisuuden laiminlyömisestä hyvityssakkoon LSG Sky Chefs Finland Oy:ssä Helsinki-Vantaan lentoasemalla 12.-13.9.2013 järjestetyn työnseisauksen vuoksi. Lisäksi kantaja on vaatinut oikeudenkäyntikulujensa määräämistä vastaajan ja kuultavan korvattavaksi.

Asianosaiset ovat valmisteluistunnossa sopineet asian siten, että Ilmailualan Unioni IAU ry:n todetaan laiminlyöneen valvontavelvollisuutensa asiassa. Siviililentoliikenteen työntekijät ry sitoutuu maksamaan hyvityssakkona Palvelualojen työnantajat PALTA ry:lle työrauhan rikkomisesta 2.500 euroa. Muilta osin vaatimuksista luovutaan puolin ja toisin.

Asianosaiset ovat pyytäneet sovinnon vahvistamista.
