A, joka oli aikaisemmin tuomittu törkeästä kavalluksesta 1 vuoden 4 kuukauden ehdottomaan vankeusrangaistukseen, tuomittiin ennen tuota tuomiota tehdyistä kirjanpitorikoksesta ja törkeästä petoksesta yhteiseen 5 kuukauden ehdottomaan vankeusrangaistukseen. Kysymys aikaisemmin tuomitun vankeusrangaistuksen huomioon ottamisesta rikoslain 7 luvun 6 §:n (751/1997) nojalla ja mahdollisuudesta määrätä uuden vankeusrangaistuksen sijasta yhdyskuntapalvelua.
