The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal regarding a boundary dispute between two properties. The court found that the 1926 subdivision survey, which defined the land boundary, took precedence over the 1925 deed description that extended the area to the beach. Consequently, the boundary was established along the line of the 1926 survey rather than following the deed's reference to the shoreline.
