The Supreme Court ruled that a nurse's skiing injury sustained while participating in a hospital team event constituted a work-related accident under the Accident Insurance Act. The court found that the injury occurred during a duty-related activity organized by the hospital, even though the specific act of skiing was voluntary. Consequently, the claim for work-related accident benefits was approved based on the close connection between the employment and the event.
