The Supreme Court held that documents issued as interim certificates before a capital increase were valid under the Company Act. The company had provided these documents to shareholders prior to the official capital increase decision, and the opposing party argued they lacked legal standing. The court ruled that the timing of issuance did not invalidate their status as interim certificates, ensuring shareholder rights were protected during the transition.
