The Supreme Court of Finland allowed the claim against both spouses for joint liability regarding duck farming profits. The husband, who owned the profession, operated the farm while the wife assisted primarily during his absences, and profits were directed to a joint account. The court ruled that the wife's active participation and the shared financial benefit established joint liability despite her limited residence on the property.
