Ulosottolain 4 luvun 7 §:n 3 momentin nojalla oli jätettävä ulosmittaamatta syyttömästi vangitulle tai tuomitulle valtion varoista vapauden menetyksen johdosta maksettavasta korvauksesta annetun lain perusteella kärsimyksestä maksettava korvaus.
