The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal against a district court decision that rejected a debt restructuring application. The lower court had incorrectly omitted a response deadline and failed to attach the notice of appeal to its ruling, while the appellant did not respond to the appeal. The court held that these procedural defects rendered the appeal inadmissible, as the appellant was not properly notified of the appeal period.
