Kysymys siitä, oliko A Oyj menetellyt kuluttajansuojalain 2 luvun 14 §:n 1 momentin

vastaisesti käyttäessään kuluttaja-asiakkaiden kanssa tekemiään

kulutushyödykesopimuksia koskevassa puhelinasioinnissa valtakunnallista

tilaajanumeroa, johon soittamisesta saatetaan kuluttajan liittymäsopimuksen mukaan

veloittaa kuluttajalta suurempia kuluja kuin hänelle aiheutuu hänen

liittymäsopimuksensa mukaan puhelusta tavalliseen maantieteelliseen kiinteän

puhelinverkon tai matkapuhelinverkon numeroon.
